Estelle Spear Awarded Rodney L. Parsons Anatomy and Neurobiology Award

The Graduate College is pleased to announce that the recipient of The Rodney L. Parsons Anatomy and Neurobiology Award for academic year 2016-17 is Estelle Spear. Estelle is a doctoral student in the Neuroscience Graduate Program.

The Rodney L. Parsons Anatomy and Neurobiology Award is given annually in honor of Rodney L. Parsons, Ph.D., who joined the University of Vermont in 1967, and has played a key role in the growth and evolution of the anatomy and neurobiology disciplines at UVM. It is awarded to a University of Vermont doctoral student who excels in both neuroscience research and teaching in any broadly defined anatomical science.
